What to expect in Individual counselling sessions:

  1. Initial session is often getting to know you and your reason for coming.
  2. Setting goals together for future sessions.
  3. Therapy using a variety of modalities as preferred by you. Commonly used techniques include:
  • Client Focused Talk Therapy
  • Solution Focused Brief Therapy 
  • Expressive Therapies such as Sandplay Therapy, Symbol Work, Visual Art, Therapeutic Writing, Music, Emotional Literacy, Emotion-Focused & Integration Processes, Body Focus, Inner-life Skills, Visualisation, Relaxation and Meditation.

Professional Supervision: 

In addition to counselling, we also provide professional individual and group supervision for school counsellors, guidance officers, psychologists, social workers, and professionals in related fields.

Professional Individual Supervision:
$140 per 50-minute session

Group Supervision: 6 pp maximum to meet ACA and PACFA requirements
$60 per person per 2-hour session

When: Second Tuesday of every month Group Supervision 4-6pm (QLD time)
